Eating in China

It a double edged sword. You have to eat but you never know what you should. Every one has thier own rules:
Vegitarian (except McDonald's)
No pork or "weird stuff"
Only meat which is reconizable

Mine is simple:
Nothing with a face still on it. If it used to have a face and it was removed before coming to the table, I'm fine. If the face is still there, I'm out.
You'd be supprised how many things come with faces. Shrimp/prawns, fish head soup, full fish, even chicken and the occational baby pig.

It didn't work this trip. I spent one day sick In bed. I Dont know If it was the burger with egg and bacon or the onion soup Or even the guinness "local brew" but something got me. Walk in the mine field long enough and your bound to hit one eventually. Oh well, 24 hours and I'm back at it.

The above menu lays out their selection pretty good on the cover. Unfortunatly, we never saw that 4th item hit the table.
